I believe Nathan is such a great assit to State Farm. He has shown his professionalism and expertise, and dedication to taking the time to educate potential clients/myself and answer all questions or concerns that I had.
Winning my trust, and made the process seamless and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated his patience in answering my questions.

It is rare to encounter such a high level of customer care, and I wanted to make sure you knew about it and if you could please let him know that his hard work has been recognized.

I truely now have the guidance and tools of how to move forward in my future endeavors and auto insurance coverages!

I've had a few claims for home and a few claims for auto through the years, Recently my daughter was in an accident and her car was deemed totaled. She's Ok. The process was flawless, I had a repair shop and a rental car place within hours, once the car was totaled, we had a check in our account within days. They periodically would call to see if I had any questions(which I had plenty) and to see how we were doing. Great Staff"

It’s a shame because I’ve been with Tim Gallegos for over 20 years and never filed a claim before, now when I need to use my insurance they screwed me over. "I been trying to get my name correctly spell several times(I get it having two last names does not make it easy). The few times I have asked for service after long waiting they have been poor at best.
Three weeks ago I add a new vehicle just to find out once more the wrong name and no insurance card.
I tried to be patient but everyone has limits. I know taking my business somewhere else won't make an impact on your operations but I hope it will improve the value of my investment"
